Do I need to pack my items?

No. Our team will handle professional packing and moving of all your goods.

How secure are my stored items?

Our facilities have 24/7 CCTV surveillance, fire safety systems, restricted access, and regular pest control to ensure the safety and hygiene of your belongings.

Is there a minimum number of days for storage?

Yes, the minimum storage duration is 7 days.

How is the storage cost calculated?

Storage pricing is based on the household goods you need to store and the duration. Discounts are available on prepaid plans of 3, 6, and 12 months.

Can I access my items in storage?

Yes. You can visit the warehouse during working hours (with prior notice) or place a return request via the SMG Customer Portal or Customer Support.

What happens if my stored items are damaged or lost?

In the unlikely event of fire, theft, or burglary, your items are protected under the provided Risk Coverage, ensuring financial protection.
